Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using EagleStream (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
EagleStream is developed and operated by Quinten Hayes, doing business as EagleStream LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
Use of the App
EagleStream is a golf game tracking application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to track golf scores, view leaderboards, and connect with other players.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Create fake accounts or impersonate other people
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, are being used inappropriately.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to EagleStream, including your profile information and game data. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the App.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We do not verify handicaps, scores, or other game data submitted by users.
Beta Software
EagleStream is currently in beta. This means the App may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or feature availability during the beta period.
We may make changes to the App at any time, including adding, modifying, or removing features without notice.
Voluntary Contributions
Any financial contributions made through the App or website are voluntary and non-refundable. Contribution tiers (such as "Free for Life" or "Founding Member") represent our current intentions and best efforts, but are not guaranteed. If EagleStream is discontinued, no refund or compensation is owed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EagleStream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EagleStream LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EagleStream LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
